Certified Kosher distilled monoglyceride emulsifier prepared from edible vegetable oils, that reduces the surface tension between the water phase and fat phase for wide variety of functions in food preparation.

  1. Use as a starch complexing agent in bread, pasta, and potato powder.
  2. Aerating agent in bakery gel formulations
  3. Water-in-oil emulsifier in table margarine
